I am a co-founder of Lead2Grow. Lead2Grow is founded to support leaders building the mindset to thrive in the new normal, discovering new ways to lead, and create the right environment for their teams to flourish.

I am passionate about developing leaders and transforming organisation cultures. I believe that everyone has a phenomenal capacity to develop and grow. That’s why I invest every day in working with leaders, professionals and teams to unleash their untapped potential. I invite people to go beyond what they previously thought was possible! In my approach as a consultant, coach, and trainer, I’m focused on creating paradigm shifts that will plant seeds for growth and ignite a desire for change. 

Before I founded Lead2Grow I worked at HP Enterprise where I held several roles such as Master Leadership Facilitator and Global Talent Manager. I bring a wealth of experience in Talent Assessment, succession planning and the roll out of Leadership Development Portfolios.

I studied at the University of Amsterdam and hold professional accreditations for accelerated learning methodologies and relevant psychometric assessment systems.

As a co-founder of Lead2Grow, I work with a variety of leaders and companies to help them develop and accelerate in what they would like to accomplish. I believe that most people want to do their best when coming to work and that the environment to do so needs to be created and maintained. 

Together with others at Lead2grow I am helping to guide leaders and their teams to discover new ways of tackling today’s challenges. 

Having held various positions in Fortune 500 companies for 20+ years, I had the opportunity to work alongside many business & sales leaders to build Sales and Go-to-market strategies for their teams. 

During my career I have experienced first-hand, as an employee and leader, the impact culture and leadership styles can have on the wellbeing, engagement and performance of people. I believe that everyone has a phenomenal capacity to learn, develop and grow. I’m passionate about working with leaders and teams to unleash untapped potential that invites them to go beyond what they previously thought was possible!
